We’re Living A New Way Of Church
Who Are We?
Celebrate inclusive leadership and ministry in all aspects of liturgy
Include women and men planning together and taking responsilbity for Sunday celebrations
Offer prayer, welcoming worship that reflects both the people gathered and the country we live in
Create Sunday gatherings that form and sustain us to reach out in mission and give support and hospitality to others
What's Our Vision?
To be church that is inclusive - where all people feel they belong
To be a bicultural expression of our Christian identity.
To be informed and advocate for social and environmental justice.
To contribute to making our city, our country, our world a fairer place,
To strive for freedom from discrimination on any grounds – race, gender, creed, colour.
To take care of one another.
(See our Values)
Our Gathering
Every Sunday we gather for Eucharist - the heart of our Rongopai community.
Our liturgies include discussion on the Word and shared prayer. People participate as much as they wish.
Music and singing form an important part of our celebration.
(See Our Liturgies page for more details)
Where We Gather
We gather in person at 5pm each Sunday at Hou Mana Wai, 104 The Drive, Epsom, Auckland (Formerly the Mercy Spirituality Centre ).
We also gather on zoom, where people can be active participants, not just observers.
We'd love you to join us at Hou Mana Wai, or alternatively, you can sign up here to receive the zoom link.
